Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on October 19, 2021, found that Golden Key Homecare, LLC had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Regestries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on August 20, 2021.
